There are three aspects to a full-blown SEO program, all of which revolve around some aspect of improving the prospects of a particular website appearing prominently on a Search Engine Result Page (SERP).

The SEO Process:
The projected timeframe for an SEO program start up is four (4) WEEKS.  It includes:
 

  • Interview of the site proprietor
  • Review of the current site structure and Search Engine Result Page (SERP) prole
  • Measurement of the current site SERP positioning, ranking, quality score, etc…
  • Identication of success metrics, measurement method and reporting system
  • Presentation of ndings and program approach for approval by client
  • Approval of program by client
  • Initial implementation of program approach (PPC and LBC)
  • Ongoing monitoring of program progress via monthly status meetings

 
Program Remainder:
The program remainder involves REFINING the program as implemented on a monthly basis as well as INTRODUCING program elements at the appropriate time according to the program calendar. Our SEO Program is designed to deliver the following benets to our clients:
A 30% increase in website traffc
Traffic is defined as a “visitor” to the site, whether new or returning. This metric shall be measured against a rolling 30-day period average established in the first month of the program, then compared on a monthly basis.
 
A 20% increase in conversions
Conversion is defined as interaction with the site in the sense of an information exchange (email for a document, request for information, web-mail inquiry, sales inquiry, poll response, click-through from an electronic mass mail, etc…) This metric shall be measured against a rolling 30-day period average established in the first month of the program, then compared on a monthly basis.
 
Top 20 placement of no less than 50 key phrases
As measured by our specialized tools in the Google natural results SERP rankings.  These 50 key phrases shall be drawn from a master set of no less than 250 candidate key phrases. On a monthly basis the lowest-performing 50 key phrases shall be replaced with new candidates, refreshing the pool of candidates and giving the new master set the greatest chances of discovering and then guarding those key phrases that render positive results.
Improved Google PageRank Score
As measured by our specialized tools. This metric shall be measured against a rolling 30-day period average established in the rst month of the program, then compared on a monthly basis. Target is to improve the Google PageRank score by at least one (1).
 
Improved Alexa Score
As measured by our specialized tools. This metric shall be measured against a rolling 30-day period average established in the first month of the program, then compared on a monthly basis. Target is to improve the Alexa score by at least 1,000. Elements

Project Manager Every SEO engagement has a designated Project Manager who is assigned to your project once we have received this document in good order as well as any required initial payments or deposits. Your Project Manager will contact you to arrange for your first meeting, which will be used to confirm the Project Scope.
 
 
Project Timeframe The projected timeframe for the entire project is Six (6) MONTHS
 
 
Project Meetings: Project meetings occur on a monthly basis at a time mutually convenient to the Project Manager and the client. Meetings may be held using the telephone or via VOIP technologies such as SKYPE to lower costs.
 
The purpose of Project Meetings is to:
 

  • Cover and approve what has been done
  • Discuss and agree on what remains to be done
  • Approve the means and methods to be employed to achieve what remains to be done
